Merkur can handle nuance and balance, unlike brittle black-and-white coverage by Jan Irvin and John Rush.

Voice dictation works fairly well [no, failed later] except when done within the WordPress app where I tried to make it work and it failed
and then I tried again and it failed, lost my attempted improved summary articulation.

the voice recording app on mobile device works extremely well, although it does definitely require post- production attenuating the treble , because the microphone is extremely bright, too bright for playback on the bright mobile small speakers, causing hearing damage
There are three formats or types of platforms to develop content:

dedicated audio or video equipment
in some departments the mobile device is surprisingly much better than the computer such as built-in microphone voice content because of the form factor
I have tested and developed a way of using the built-in laptop microphone for high Fidelity voice recording requiring holding the entire damn laptop in position – the microphone is in the middle of the right side of the keyboard, and a microphone needs to be kept away from the wall and surfaces and corners (or accept a boxy sound)
After I updated the mobile operating system, my voice dictation app went completely blank.

so the problem of loss of data runs throughout the different technologies.

It is not the case that all drug use is bad and therefore we all just have a disagreement about how to get rid of this bad problem.
We have actually a deeper disagreement about whether the drug use is inherently and necessarily bad.
Even fundamentalist Dave Hunt book author around 1999 wrote a page or two arguing that psychedelics are not necessarily against spirituality.
He just cautioned that they could possibly be misused in spirituality. he reserved judgment – a wise man.

Griffiths is an absolutely dedicated advocate and cheerleader of meditation. Non-drug meditation is Griffiths’ god, his standard of truth.
It is simply a given for Griffiths that non-drug meditation is the gold standard of reference.
He also takes a conventional narrative-driven view on non-drug mysticism.
Mysticism and meditation are Griffiths’ New Age religion, and after this Dec 2016 vid, 4 years later, his partner Matthew Johnson said this brand of spirituality has gone unchecked too long, and Johnson repudiated his partner’s brand of spirituality, in the Dec. 2020 article Consciousness, Religion, and Gurus: Pitfalls of Psychedelic Medicine, against the new religion of Griffithsism.
The religion of Griffithism is hardly “psychedelic spirituality”, given the way Griffiths in inverted fashion makes his notion and assumption-set about non-drug mysticism and non-drug meditation his false standard by which to “justify” and “praise” Psilocybin in a way that’s an insult to Psilocybin.
Griffiths diminishes Psilocybin while acting as if he’s elevating it almost up to the lofty standard set by his fantasized non-drug mysticism and non-drug meditation as if those had any authenticity — as if Psilocybin weren’t the source and the measure of authenticity by which non-drug mysticism and non-drug meditation should be found to be fake and fraudulent, usurpers of the throne that rightfully is Psilocybin’s.
When Griffiths praises or defends Psilocybin, he attempts to make Meditation the foundation for authenticity of Psilocybin – getting their relationship upside down.
Meditation’s respectability comes from its derivation from Psilocybin.

Interesting and surprising critical critique of Erik Davis page 122 of Led Zep 4, he claims that the Egodeath Theory is about engineering a solution to the “problem” of the Transcendent Knowledge experiential revelation of block universe determinism.
Look how naturally – he cannot just stop and halt at saying that transcendent knowledge is of block-universe determinism.

what Erik Davis expresses may be a half truth , that we do end up in a return to baseline consciousness, which has the experiencing of, in which we experience in the form of branching possibility and the power of steering with freedom power.
We freely steer among the branching possibilities.
But when we return to baseline state (tightcog), eventually the mind remembers the metaphysical enlightenment experienced and perceived in the altered state (loosecog).
Erik Davis claims that the end goal of Transcendent Knowledge according to the Egodeath theory is an increase of free will power freedom and liberty. Davis says the Egodeath theory presents and discovers a problem of block universe determinism.
And then Davis emphasizes out of seemingly out of nowhere, and he projects on to the theory of Transcendent Knowledge, he takes it for granted that it must end up and we need to end up in the state of increased liberty and freedom in free will, that we’ve got to engineer a restoring of liberty and freedom after the revelation of block-universe determinism.
I critiqued, I criticized and discovered that Davis frames — he accurately describes the Egodeath theory — but then he frames it with an emphasis and a marketing spin a framing by adding onto the end of it that the Egodeath theory presents a solution to this “problem” of block-universe determinism, in order to return our precious presumed premise of liberty being the goal of revelation.
And look how naturally it comes to our constitutional instinctive premises that we need to end up in a state of increased personal liberty — that’s a taken for granted goal.
Now look at that, stop and consider that, & leverage that – but look how these words are loaded with value premises.

I’m noticing a pattern across authors that the malformed assumptions about gnosis provided by Wouter Hanegraaff and provided by Erik Davis and other authors — Brown in 2019 article says that the Plaincourault fresco with Eve, he says that the whole idea there is that Eve represents the wise wisdom assertion of free will.
Notice how it would be unthinkable unthinkable for Brown to say that wisdom is the revelation of no free will.
Notice how instinctively naturally how naturally it comes to him to just take it for granted that of course gnosis must be associated with the assertion of free will.
I can leverage that instinctive avoidance of the truth to accomplish a maximum condensed summary and I can follow that as a negative guiding star.
