BASICALLY WE’RE LOOKIN AT 16 HOURS STRAIGHT OF TALKING/ SPOKEN IDEA DEVMT ALL RECORDED ON TAPE THAT ONE DAY, a Sunday following an all-day Saturday reading of journal articles.

Voice was getting locking up, after standing for hours talking loud, but then my voice came back notably well after I sat down for for this 4741 recording.

haha so it seems I have to balance overuse of my hands typing, vs. overuse of my voice.
