This might be a mistake in Great Canterbury Psalter.

L foot should touch branching on the tree.
R foot should touch non-branching on the tree.

I shall save the artist: Just give me some of Ruck’s elastic use of language, per Huggins’ quip:

  • The L foot touches the Left, branching branch near bottom of tree; doesn’t touch the non-branching, {cut right trunk}.
  • The R foot touches the non-branching part of the upper Left branch.

Motivation for this Page

Why f64, did I pick it for full analysis? No.

I was slagging on Shardog, asp-dog image, asp image, and then needed to create a crop showing the angel-asp with incorrect feet.

Then — when adding that new crop to the Gallery > All Pictures > Details page, the page was too damn long and bloated, it’s crashing.

The page is becoming unresponsive and will crash:
All Images in Great Canterbury Psalter (Details) – commentary & detailed crops.

The page needs to be replaced by a set of many shorter pages.

The page was too broad-scoped, and was bound to become too long for a WordPress page.

I am starting to consider and plan, one WordPress page per folio page.
