Today’s pointed summary voice recording.
Carries forward some theme of the False Freedom framing of Transcendent Knowledge. That’s the new element/emphasis of this review/ re-articulation.
After last episode, had tech issues with voice transcription & mic failures/unreliability.
I’m skipping over some recordings made after Rebirth into the Shattered Sphere of Fixed Stars. Need to inventory/assess those. Update: I got through production of tracks through 4069 (Sep. 14 2022), plus today’s 4148-4151 Oct 16.
Voice Miking
mic distortion in first minutes, but good stereo sm57 voice miking 2′ after that, used (0 0 -13dB) eq so expect not too bright on bright speakers.
That’s a lot of treble rolloff, yet still sounds good and intelligible even in dark headphones, like an SM7b mic.
Guitar Cab Far Miking
Lots of R&D progress reflected here.
outro guitar: new mic for far miking on Right guitar speaker cab: Audio-Technica AT2020 medium-diaphragm condenser with directional (cardioid) polar pattern. Used CAD e100 medium diaphragm mic on Left cab 6′, though this mic is failing, becoming noisy but seems ok here.
Guitar Cab Close Miking
L: Electro-Voice 635A omni dynamic, 2″ distance.
R: CAD M39 large dia. condenser failing, becoming unreliable, but seems ok here.
Variation of eq, but no wah.

I always thought and felt and still do that esotericism refers to the authentic altered state, the inner experience from the authentic Entheogen. Not a state of affairs of the ordinary world to be dragged through the political warfare of egoic politics.

No matter how talented a writer may be, the historical scholar writing from an ‘unclarified’ ordinary world reference point, regarding esotericism throughout history, misleads the reader by the false assumption that the ‘authentic’ altered state from the ‘authentic’ entheogen, can be dictated and powered by the egoic ordinary world mindset. Firstly and lastly- the unclarified ordinary world mindset cannot even enter the realm and kingdom of the ‘authentic’ altered state, without becoming transitioned into and through the authentic altered state, from the authentic entheogen, whereby ‘authentic clarification and egodeath’ takes place. End of story.
