Amanita Doubters Rogan, Muraresku, & Hancock

Rogan reports Amanita is disappointing and doubtful, compared to Psilocybin: https://youtu.be/XS5qjEXS6oM

In a recent voice recording not released yet, I refute the implied claim that I’ve ever said:

Only psilocybin is important or present in western religious history.

What I did say is that we should put all attention and all investment on psilocybin.

For one reason, psilocybin is in fact a primary plant, whereas amanita and scopolamine and cannabis are merely secondary, which is to say, they are non-primary.

Another reason why extreme attention is required on Psilocybin is because this is the only way to effectively counter and destroy and smash the status quo that has, just as Thomas Hatsis has complained, the Amanita Primacy theory has driven entheogen scholarship into a dead end, causing the field to lose credibility, to forfeit effectiveness, and to lose believability and relevance.

Carl Ruck paints a cartoonish unreal picture, where only two men in the Church at any point in time know about secret amanita alchemy.

Ruck is obsessed on his one-dimensional, reductionist description of plant history so as to reduce the field of entheogen scholarship and western religion into a tiny little thimble: the Carl Ruck little tiny cage of secret Amanita alchemy.

Allied with Letcher Hatsis, I am dismantling the malformed Amanita false primacy narrative by Wasson Allegro Ruck Heinrich Irvin Rush – the guilty parties, the mis-leaders to fight against and destroy, shove their loud and wrong mythic tale aside to make them stop misleading and mis-directing the field of entheogen scholarship.

Clark Heinrich’s book titles overemphasize secret alchemy, and he collaborates with Ruck to narrow and stunt the field and remove / withhold the thousands of psilocybin images from Hellenistic and Christian art.

Pilocybin, not Amanita ( nor Cannabis nor Scopalamine) is the key, definitive, most relevant plant, which is best suited for decoding myth into its actual ultimate loose cognitive referent.

My values and objectives per the Egodeath theory are superior and true: to bring scientific understanding of Transcendent Knowledge; to create the most important and valuable field of science, which is Loose Cognitive Science.

There is only one plant that is necessary and sufficient to build a completely successful theory of core Transcendent Knowledge and of religious history and myth: psilocybin.

Such type of successful explanatory theory cannot be built on scopolamine alone, and it cannot be built on cannabis alone, and it cannot be built on Amanita alone – but it can be built on psilocybin alone!

The goal is not to make the smallest theory; the goal of scientific explanation models explanatory models is the ratio:

The winner is the model that has the largest explanatory power achieved by the smallest theory.

Too small of a theory rapidly loses its explanatory power, and this is why unfortunately it was necessary for me to formally summarize as an essential basis for explanation a complicated three-level model of Transcendent Knowledge in history:

3) qualified possibilism-thinking (liable to negatively value eternalism revelation)

2) eternalism-thinking (positively values eternalism revelation)

1) naive possibilism-thinking

Abused Myth (Hermetic texts as received and framed by Hanegraaff) overemphasizes moving from phase/level 2 to 3, in order to tell a false story that the main transformation direction is from no-free-will to freewill.

To do this, he covertly moves the fixed stars (heimarmene) down below (ie before) the Saturn rebirth gate.

He cannot allow rebirth into no-free-will; he fabricates a false rebirth into freewill, reversing the cosmic model levels to try to accomplish this herculean impossible task.

My latest four-phase model, that I have spoken about yesterday, is able to handle explaining a complexity which I have been explaining for many years, which is in my 2006 summary article: that the heimarmene worldline snake is treated in myth as both positive and negative in value, when we contrast,

Per Luther H. Martin, I incorporate his description of the contrast between early antiquity, which positively valued eternalism, vs late antiquity, which negatively valued eternalism, and confusing myth resulted.

Their complications which they introduced demand for me to explain them.

It is obligatory and mandatory that if my theory is any good at all, if it has any relevance at all, it is a strict requirement that my theory must explain the confused complexities of three-level, false & garbled religion which tries to tell a false and misleading story of how cognitive development works.

The condensed true, 2-level model (the main altered-state transformation effect) is:

Psilocybin changes from freewill to no-free-will.

They try to tell the lie, a lying form of religious mythology, the Hanegraaff lie which is: the mind transforms on psilocybin from no free will to Freewill – which is only slightly true, a minor reverse eddy current, not the main current/ vector/ trajectory/ direction of altered-state cognitive mental-model development.

Begin here with my latest, four-phase description of the actual developmental trajectory of the mind, the mental model, across the two states of consciousness:

4. tight cognition with possibilism experiencing + eternalism-thinking

3. loose cognition with eternalism experiencing + eternalism-thinking

2. loose cognition with eternalism experiencing + possibilism-thinking (chorus: unstable! 😱)

1. tight cognition with possibilism experiencing + possibilism-thinking

what the late antiquity liars do is exaggerate focus on moving from eternalism revelation to baseline consciousness possibilism experiencing.

They falsely picture salvation as moving from no-free-will to freewill, from eternalism to possibilism, because “I Hate Fate”; they came to perceive and resent the Heimarmene which early antiquity delivered to them and had venerated.

The actual main transformation is from possibilism to eternalism, not eternalism to possibilism as Wouter Hanegraaff is suckered into tale-telling in his June 2022 book Hermetic Spirituality – a lie revealed by his being forced to lower the heimarmene stars to below (ie before) the rebirth gate even though all science and all esotericists declare Hanegraaff’s moving downward of the stars insane and nonstandard and irrational and incoherent to the extreme.

Hanegraaff falsely claims that this book cover image depicts moving from no-free-will to freewill.

The image depicts casting out heimarmene, he falsely claims, via the rebirth process.

In fact, cognitive development goes the other direction, but people hate their egos being undermined, so they fabricated garbled revision of the original true mythology, forming Satanic reversal of myth so as to claim to go through rebirth from no-free-will into freewill.

To support that falsified myth, they abandoned psilocybin and used methods that are guaranteed to not work, to be ineffective at undermining egoic delusion.

These substitute methods are pushed by phony Zen Master Brad precisely because they don’t work, but preserve deluded possibilism-thinking.

Just like in 1925 block-universe relativity eternalism caused the false reaction, the ego-defense reaction, of fabricating quantum physics ideology to rescue and save the ego steersman who wields the kingly power of steering among branching manyworlds.

The poetry-abusing fake fraud priest huckster salemen the Hermetic text authors misled Hanegraaff, selling him snake oil mystic ascent “from no-free-will to freewill” though in truth, that vector is merely minor.

The *main* vector, honorably reflected with integrity in Mithraism, is from freewill-premised thinking to the no-free-will revelation that you do not control the source of your control thoughts.

Ego Death theory is a set of bets, eg Jesus didnt exist, earth went around sun 1300 times between Julius and Ozzy (chronology revision) … but these bets and conjectures are arranged in different priorities:

Inner core /

outer core /

inner periphery /

outer periphery of the Egodeath theory.

it is strategic; there are pros and cons of having a theory actually take a damn stand – instead of wussily and ineffectively claiming everybody is right and every plant is important and every religion is true and every philosophy, every mystic writing is true and everybody’s correct. we are left with delusion ignorance, ambiguous poetry, not STEM-level straightforward comprehension & teaching.

You cannot teach people transcendent knowledge through telling them the lie that Amanita has primacy for theory construction and history, when in fact psilocybin has and deserves primacy instead.

I am all about betting the entire ego death theory; to be a theorist, to define a theory, is to make bets.

Not everyone has the guts and evidence and reasoning to make such bets, to construct and assert a new explanatory paradigm.

I bet the Egodeath theory all the time and produced a long string of wins.

I bet the Egodeath theory on the primacy of psilocybin against damned amanita, dead-end unprofitable phony king, the false king Amanita that brings discredit on the field of entheogen scholarship. But it’s a matter of integrated and distinct theory components.

Entheogen scholarship is not = the Egodeath theory; one component of it, & one component of my entheogen scholarship theory (the Mytheme metaphor theory) is that the ultimate analogy vision inducing plant is psilocybin in western religious history – regardless of how many sessions with each plant. Or how many times the plant is named in texts.

Later Irvin demonizes Ruck as pushing the hell out of Amanita without ever ingesting it.

That wouldn’t surprise me, the passionate pushing of a plant Ruck hasn’t even tested. It’s all about the narrative, the story, the free-form Anthropology poetry that’s this academic genre, as analyzed by Cyberdisciple.

Carl Ruck’s word ‘secret’ is everything wrong with the field of entheogen scholarship.

This is his reductionist paradigm that he forces and steers misdirecting the whole field into his little thimble which ends up taking away our plants from our history.

The function of the false Amanita Primacy doctrine in entheogen scholarship is to remove delete subtract and deny and eliminate Psilocybin from history and from its rightful place of primacy.

100% of our effort ought to be to recognize the primacy of Psilocybin and overthrow the noxious stranglehold that the Amanita Primacy false theory has on entheogen scholarship.

That is totally not an assertion that western religious history lacks scopalamine or amanita or cannabis or acacia rue.

It would be a misrepresentation of the Egodeath theory to claim that the Egodeath theory is betting everything on Psilocybin-only.

The Egodeath theory proposes assertively the primacy of Psilocybin against the false claim by Gordon Wasson, John Allegro, Carl Ruck, Clark Heinrich, Jan Irvin, & John Rush that Amanita has primacy, and against Thomas Hatsis’ Scopalamine primacy, and against Chris Bennett’s Cannabis primacy assertion/claim.

One reason which I recorded out of about five reasons why psilocybin has primacy:

Thomas Hatsis warns us do not try scopolamine it is deadly toxic. Then contrast psilocybin which is harmless (aside from maybe wood lovers paralysis).

Anybody can scientifically test psilocybin to see whether it is the best producer of religious mythology experiencing. Unlike dud failure Amanita.

As far as we know from our near-nonexistent testing of it, Amanita experiencing does not produce religious myth, which describes by analogy, classic psilocybin dynamics.

Myth directly describes psilocybin mental model transformation to the non-branching world model with frozen embedded dependent control, demonstrating the illusion and impotence and disprovabity and instability and vulnerability of the initial control model that’s premised on autonomous control that’s steering in a branching-possibilities world.

And anybody can test swallowing several vials of thc cannabis extract (aching stomach) and scientifically test and prove that it is visionary but not psychedelic; not properly psychedelic, a poor match with religious mythic description of the things experienced in the classic psychedelic state.

Criticisms, or Misrepresentations?

A time-tested rule is that criticisms of the Egodeath theory are always misrepresentations of the Egodeath theory.

Nothing’s stopping anyone from making criticisms, which is to say, making misrepresentations of what I’ve said and asserted.

Idea development is all about increasing clarity, clarification of what I am asserting and what I am not asserting.

Stamets Is Wrong, Biased, and Is Part of the Amanita Primacy Fallacy

My voice recording announcement of a challenge yesterday is yet another example of how:

You cannot formulate an explanatory theory if you are not willing to assert bets against the entire field or the entire world.

Every mycologist is wrong when they claim that cubensis didn’t grow on bovine dung in England until 1976, that cubensis isn’t in Europe before 1976.

This is simply blindness.

All the scholars, all of the learned academics know that there are no psychedelics in our own religious history.

And they will deflect and interpret away and explain away as Thomas Hatsis brags about doing to easily explain away thousands and thousands of evidence, by employing bad wrong false framing of course, as well as sheer ignorance and closing your eyes not even attempting to see psilocybin mushrooms.

The main cognitive effect of ingesting Amanita scholarship is to make you blind to psilocybin.

Everyone in the field of entheogen scholarship knows what I mean:

The art scholars do not even attempt to see the thousands of mushrooms in Christian art, so tell me the names of the Mycologists in England who went around looking at cow dung before and after 1976.

No one looked for mushrooms on cow dung in England in the 20th C, and then Stamets falsely claims that they aren’t there, because they weren’t reported.

We know there are no mushrooms in Christian art, or else art historians would have reported them.

Did you forget the principle that the world moves from ignorance to awareness, per science development? Veiled and then revealed like the branching vs. nonbranching message that I was blind to in the art at top & bottom of my main article from 2006-2022.

🙈 no cubensis were reported in England until 1976, reports the field of entheogen scholarship while pushing their false pseudo-history, of the Amanita Primacy false doctrine.

Paul Stamets requires us to believe the preposterous ramification that there were no cubensis on cow patties until 1976.

Stamets is blind, ignorant, incoherent, and wrong, just as the entire field of entheogen scholarship and religion is wrong.

This declaration that the entire world hass been dead wrong on all important topics about Transcendent Knowledge is precisely the inherent nature of doing science, creating revolutionary paradigm explanatory models that replace the previous garbled heap of mess and confusion and vague suppositions, aka the old “theory”.

1996 Stamets falsely states there was no cubensis in England before 1976, and then Letcher 2007 and Hatsis 2016 assert the same irrational, incoherent proposition: that Cubensis grows on bovine dung – but only after 1976.

Hatsis is dead wrong according to Stamets: “the liberty cap is anachonistic for western religious history” Hatsis tells me, but the 1996 Stamets book Psilocybin Mushrooms of the World: An Identification Guide says Liberty Cap is all around the world.

Letcher Hatsis says no Liberty Caps were in England until 1976.

Stamets himself is blind, biased, and wrong, complicit in the Amanita Primacy false theory, when he claims that despite cubensis growing on bovine dung, there was no cubensis in England before 1976.

Bull 💩! That makes no sense, and is countered by the evidence.

Samorini is in cahoots, part of the problem too: he can’t even find 3 Amanita mushroom trees to fill the left column of his table, and he commits the error of false equivalency as if 50% of mushroom trees are Amanita, but actually, 99% of mushroom trees are Psilocybin.

Plaincourault is singled out for monofocus because it is the only Amanita mushroom tree.

Panofsky said Plaincourault is merely one instance of “hundreds”, but actually, it’s unique and is contrasted against the thousands of normal, psilocybin-based branching-message mushroom trees.

The Ruck-misled pop cult fixates on the lone, deviant, exception case (Plaincourault’s Amanita mushroom tree), so as to ignore the thousands of instances of the normal type of mushroom tree, which is psilocybin.

Browns’ book is around 2/3 Amanita imagery, feeding into the Amanita Primacy fallacy that steered entheogen scholarship into a stagnant, unproductive dead end.

  1. Regarding #4 in the 4 phase description of Mental model is not making complete sense as it makes thinking to be separate from experience.

The mind interprets experience. If the mind thinks with awareness of eternalism, it will give credit to experience as eternalistic not possibilism, even though back in the world of possibilism. Therefore
#4; tight cognition with possibilism experiencing plus eternalism thinking does not make sense and would not be fully baked.

    1. you ideally would have discussed definitions of possibilism-thinking and eternalism-thinking and their relation. I’m very glad you focused on the 4-phase table which is the best part of this posting. I want to add near that a simplified version that omits “tightcog” column, and add a more detailed version of the 4-phase summary that defines possibilism-thinking and eternalism-thinking. the simplified table asserts a main point: the mental model FOLLOWS after the state of consciousness.

      eternalism-thinking includes qualified possibilism-thinking.

as I have defined and elaborated previously.

the point of the 4-phase table or a main point I now focus on making is that the state of consciousness is distinct from the mental model , which we finally learn to retain grasp of the eternalism-thinking mental model even after returning to the baseline state in which our experiential mode trnds to shut out rememberingvthe eternalism-thinking that we get from the altered state experiential mode. A huge challenge is how to bring back the magical object, gnosis, eternalism-thinking, from the altered state into the ordinary state. That is achieved in phase 4. Phase 2 also has a contrast: you trespass in the eternalism state of consciousness/experiencing and yet in unstable fashion you still only possess possibilism-thinking – unstable. Phase 4 is stable: we end up in possibilism experiential mode yet we successfully retain eternalism-thinking (instead of formgetting it again, frustratingly), along with qualified possibilism-thinking.

Do not critique the Egodeath theory which is expressed in a first order of precision, a summary, as if that were a second-order model with more precision.

The critique must be appropriate for whatever level of summary we’re at.

Critiques of the Egodeath theory are misrepresentations of the Egodeath theory. That claim is true AS a rough zoom-out summary.

I will present sets of zoom-out/ zoom-in summaries.

To try and forcibly bring that back is unnatural. We have no control over it. It comes forward of its own accord and in its own way.

  2. People spend the rest of their life looking for a magical object to bring back. When in fact, the treasure grove. lays within, the very special, spatial place, the altar to the soul

A word or two or three or more, can appear as the mind pauses, for the life of them to find their way out.

The value in poetry – art- literature, never to be condemned, as their value is not in the pen or brush, but rather in what they point to- the “blooming of the bud” (M. Heidegger) the “thread,” in “The Way It Is ” (W. Stafford) –

The list is long and the night is always young, for the boulder, the large stone to the cave, to shift open.

    1. freight train of idea development barrelling ahead, dont want to interrupt these hundreds of hours of voice recordings the past few days.

      AT2020 mic sounding great.

Thankful for having figured out Transcendent Knowledge and quiet guitar amp usage. life’s work.

when i upload past week’s voice recordings I will list what topics I covered and that will jump forward in Egodeath theory idea devmt.

Jan Irvin’s new book anti-msh propaganda

finished reading Kirsty Pattison thesis on Theurgy

especially: defining role of psilocybin session facilitators for OR M 109 & then CO Prop 122.

Summarizing the Egodeath theory in 3 languages: tech terms; myth analogy; everyday clear speech.

Especially: defining my 4-phase cognitive devmtl sequence from immature form to mature form of control mental model ability, to map the correct model of astral ascent mysticism to it, in order to explain how Hanegraaff’s removal of all the stars is a reversal of the mind’s maturation process from entheogens.

He cant allow rebirth gate to lead to no-free-will mental model so he removed the stars, which = no-free-will.

He covertly dishonestly moved them to before rebirth and tries to make you not notice. Deception.

His redefining entheogens is also a deception move, not on the up and up.

He cares more about asserting altered state (against academic status quo) then asserting that altered state is from entheogens, that he speaks manipulatively in praise of meditation.

A crooked game of posturing he cant be blamed for. He is compromised.

Saying “no-free-will revelation” lacks forceful framing: the Egodeath theory isnt driven by metaphysical assertions but rather is a cog phen’y report & explanation; the Egodeath theory and its assertions are about gaining mental models of control as an ability across the ordinary & altered state.

Your role as a psilocybin facilitator is to give clients the ability of no-free-will/ non-branching mental model of control, adding to their freewill branching thinking.
